There are no convenient editors for SKOS, but some workarounds exist:

• ​W3C List of SKOS Tools
• ​TopBraidComposer can handle SKOS somehow as described in this ​group. There is a free version, normal version is around 1600 USD
• ​poolparty is a skos editor and document management system. It is commercial and only offers enterprise licenses.
